Growing up in Berkshire, England, I struggled with excess weight from my teenage years into adulthood. Despite eating well and enjoying home-cooked meals, the battle against the pounds was a constant struggle. I tried every diet and fad out there, from calorie counting to rigorous exercise, but the weight always seemed to creep back on.
As I got older, I became increasingly aware of the health consequences of being overweight or obese. High cholesterol, blood pressure, joint pain, and more became everyday challenges. I also had to deal with the psychological stigma that comes with being overweight.
However, in October 2022, I discovered GLP-1 medications which changed everything and I haven’t looked back. It is a fantastic tool and a game changer for us that suffer from obesity. Since then, I've lost nearly 40 pounds and I'm still shedding weight. There are numerous non-scale victories as well.
This experience inspired me to help others on their weight loss journey by providing them access to GLP-1 medications in a positive clinical setting. I understand the challenges of getting these medications and the affordability issues that come with it. Therefore, we offer individual-based medications, formulated specifically for each person and approved by a renowned physician, along with support, weekly weigh-ins, and more.

Dr. Arie Blitz
Dr. Arie Blitz is an independently practicing physician who is one of the physicians affiliated with our clinic. He attended Cornell University for his undergraduate degree in philosophy and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York for his medical degree. He completed a General Surgery residency at Montefiore Medical Center in NY and became board-certified in General Surgery. He completed a Cardiothoracic Surgery Fellowship at UCLA Medical Center in California and became board-certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery. In addition, he has completed several advanced fellowships. Currently, he is board-certified in Obesity Medicine.
Dr. Blitz has served several leadership roles throughout his career, including as a full professor and as President of the Cleveland Chapter of the American Heart Association.
Widely published in both peer-reviewed journals and textbook chapters, Dr. Blitz is also a sought-out speaker at national and international meetings, and has appeared in both local and national media on numerous occasions.
